Erika Scamehorn
Owner/Instructor

Hi my name is Erika and I hope you all love working out at Fusion Fitness!  I am the owner, but also an instructor.  I teach all the Hip Hop Hustle classes, HIIT IT, S.T.R.I.P., Step, Cheer Fusion, StressLess Meditation, and head up the Fusion Flash Mob.
I have a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Environmental Science, both from Washington State University.  I have 13 years of dance training including jazz, ballet, and ballroom.  I was a cheerleading coach for 3 years and have been teaching group exercise for about a year.  I am an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, am a Hip Hop Hustle certified instructor, and have a National Youth Cheerleading Certification. I love teaching exercise classes and am so excited to have the opportunity to teach you and have a place for the community to work out!  I hope to see you all at the studio!

Amy Hoh
Kettle Bell Instructor

After teaching general fitness classes for many years, Amy decided to switch gears and dive full on into the education, training and practice of "all things  strength and endurance".

Amy has attended over 30 national fitness conferences and intensive trainings on Aerobic Base Building for cardiovascular endurance and Kettle Bell and strength training techniques for muscular endurance. Along with this she has found what she calls "the magic formula" for weight control and she leads a very successful weight loss program called the Healthy Body Makeover.

Amy teaches daily Spinning and Kettle Bell classes .  Functional strength, muscular endurance and heart rate training are the main focus of all of Amy's classes.

Amy is an endurance athlete and is currently training to compete in her 4th& 5th double century road bike races this summer - she can't get enough of Kettle Bell training and thrives on new challenges.

"Not working out is not an option! You must exercise your body to be healthy and strong both inside and out- mentally and physically!  It is extremely important to me that my classes are a place where you get proper technique, a fun, safe and challenging workout where you feel the camaraderie in the room."   

Through her endurance training, aerobic base building and her weight loss camps  Amy believes the key to reaching your
goals and achieving amazing results, is Patience, Consistency and Dedication.
